Adam Abel was a fifth year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery resident at New York Presbyterian Hospital – Weill Cornell Medical Center when he participated in the Clinical Observership Program. He completed his undergraduate education at Tufts University where he majored in biology and economics. He earned a DMD from the University of Connecticut in 2016 and an MD from Cornell University in 2019. His clinical interests include dental implants, soft and hard tissue grafting, anesthesia, reconstruction, and trauma. He is excited to learn diagnostic, surgical, and practice management techniques as part of the Clinical Observership Program.
