Charles Levin was born in Erie and then raised in Fairview, PA. After high school he attended the Pennsylvania State University where he majored in Biology. He then moved to New York City to pursue his dental education at Columbia University. Charles chose to stay in the area to pursue Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center.
