J. David Guo, DDS, MD completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He was born in Hebei Province, China, and grew up in Augusta, Georgia. Dr. Guo attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for both his undergraduate and dental school education. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. His clinical interests include orthognathic surgery, facial trauma, and dentoalveolar reconstructive procedures. In his spare time, Dr. Guo enjoys spending time with his wife and 2-yr-old son, cheering on the Tar Heels, and playing tennis.
