Dr. Funk attended Highland Hospital for her Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency. She completed her undergraduate education at Indiana University in neuroscience and biology. She then attended Ohio State University College of Dentistry where she was exposed to talented female mentors in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery who sparked her lifelong interest and career.
