Justin Fazzolari, DMD, MD

Justin Fazzolari, DMD, MD, was born and raised in Monmouth County, NJ. He attended the Harvard School of Dental Medicine before going on to pursue a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Columbia University. Once complete, he hopes to apply the skills he has learned to practice in the New York City region.
