Dr. Park was born and raised in New York City. He graduated from the University At Albany, State University of New York with a Bachelor of Science in Studio Art and Sculpture as well as Biology. He received his degree in dental medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in 2013, graduating with honors, summa cum laude as well as being awarded the Deans Scholarship, the highest merit award at the University. He then went on to receive his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, and served as chief resident in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Columbia University at New York Presbyterian Hospital.
Dr. Park has published in the journal of Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology, and Oral Radiology in 2018 titled, “Lingual cyst with Respiratory epithelium: report of 2 cases and review of the literature. His interests include dentoalveolar ridge augmentation, virtual and 3D applications in implant dentistry, orthognathic and reconstructive surgery, and complex soft tissue management in the dentoalveolar complex. He is highly motivated and eager to take part in the observership program, to form lasting relationships, and to further advance the dynamic field in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
