Matthew Moore, DMD was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. He obtained his B.S in Chemistry with honors from Morehouse College. Prior to dental school he was awarded the Intramural Training Research Award from NIH and conducted research at NIDCR in Bethesda, MD. He obtained his dental degree from East Carolina University. Dr. Moore completed his residency at Meharry Medical College. His interests include dentoalveolar surgery, maxillofacial trauma and reconstruction, as well as health disparities. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, photography, and painting.
