In 2019, Osteo Science Foundation commenced a partnership with the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (IAOMS). The missions of both organizations share the core tenents of improving patient care through research and education in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. While Osteo Science Foundation promotes regenerative medicine, the IAOMS helps us reach oral and maxillofacial surgeons internationally. With over 90 organizations around the world affiliated with IAOMS, Osteo Science Foundation has a unique opportunity to promote regenerative medicine through strategic collaborations with IAOMS.
The Visiting Scholars Program is an opportunity for emerging leaders in the OMFS field to travel to other countries and visit, for short periods, prestigious OMFS departments to enhance their postgraduate education. The six selected Osteo Science Foundation Visiting Scholars will select from prominent training centers where they will have the opportunity to observe and study with top surgeons and professors.
